Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can really help expand the current customer base. The responsibilities have been described below:
- Identify and approach new buyers and buying houses (in India and abroad)
- Regularly travel to Delhi NCR to build relationships with all the buyers and merchandisers
- Coordinate sampling efforts for buyers with the sampling team
- Lead product development and work out costs based on client requirements
- Meet and present to buyers at exhibitions and meetings
- Stay updated with latest trends in the international textile industry
- In-charge of pushing Suraaj’s products on B2B platforms like Alibaba
- Role may require international traveling in the future
- Stay up to date with international design trends in home textiles
