Suraaj Linens is looking for a Team Builder to support and build out an awesome team.
We are growing rapidly and need someone who understands the demands of a company like ours and can source the unique talent we need. You’ll be responsible for keeping the bar set high and bringing bright and motivated individuals on-board.
This role is for the roll-up-your-sleeves and do-whatever-it-takes type. It’s for the person who sees opportunities to improve upon existing talent acquisition and retention processes.
The right person will be comfortable jumping in and leading a variety of talent-related projects, and will get an exposure to the entire ‘People’-side of a company.
You will be expected to learn on the job and your day-job will be keeping the Suraaj team happy while also constantly improving it.
Some of the areas you will be involved in:
- Recruitment (from sourcing candidates, to interviews, to on-boarding)
- Interviewing (developing interview processes, and executing them)
- Performance management (OKRs, etc.)
- Developing employee incentive structures
- Helping build the company’s culture
